PRESS HERE › Tired eyes & screen fatigue
For eyes that have been on a screen all day. Three points around the brow and the base of the skull — about two minutes, no drops needed.
You will also see them written by other names — same points, different naming systems. They are worth knowing by both names so you can look them up elsewhere.
攒竹 · inner end of the eyebrows
Used for tired, screen-tired eyes.
How you know you are on it: A light ache tucked under the brow ridge.
What people miss: Pressing down onto the bone. Angle upward, under the ridge, and keep it gentle — this area is delicate.
太阳 · temple
Used for temple-area tension.
How you know you are on it: A mild ache in the shallow hollow beside the brow.
What people miss: Pressing on the bone at the edge of the eye socket. Move about a finger-width back, into the soft dip.
风池 · back of skull, neck hollows
A common point for neck and head tension.
How you know you are on it: A spreading ache that can reach up the back of the head.
What people miss: Pressing the skull instead of the hollow beneath it. Tilt your chin slightly down to open the space first.
Keep the brow and temple work light — this area is delicate, so a gentle upward angle beats pressing down onto the bone.
The points above are free to read and always will be. What costs money is the sequence and the timing — how long to hold each one, in what order, paired with which gua sha area, on which day.
