The 21-Day Chinese Wellness Ritual

Most self-care advice hands you a chart and walks away. This is the other thing — twenty-one evenings where the point you press, the line you scrape, the water you soak in and the cup you sip are chosen to go together.

Acupressure Gua Sha Evening Soaks Food Therapy

$59 — the complete ritual. A 30-page guide across 21 evenings: two acupressure points, one gua sha area, a soak or a drink, and the safety line for that day. Four hand-demo videos included.

One-page sleep map · free · no card, no subscription

The sleep map arrives by email within a minute — three acupressure points for a calmer bedtime, a 2-minute wind-down you can do in bed. The full 21-night guide is above whenever you want it.

The sleep map is free — nothing to cancel and nothing to pay. The $59 guide is a one-time purchase.

Four parts. One practice.

Every evening uses the same four blocks, in the same order. That is the whole trick: you never have to decide what to do tonight.

1

Press

Two points, about a minute each — located in plain language, with the traditional context for each one.

2

Scrape

One gua sha area a night, matched to the meridian of the points you just pressed. Six areas, rotating.

3

Soak or sip

A foot soak, a warm compress, or a drink — ginger, chenpi, red date and longan, yam congee.

4

Check the safety line

Every page ends with the limit that applies to that day. Pregnancy, diabetes, blood thinners, heavy flow.

Warm up first, scrape second. That order is not decoration — it is the traditional sequence, and it is why every evening starts with the soak.

The three weeks

Twenty-one evenings, grouped by when you actually have the time.

Week 1 · Evenings

The wind-down

Points for a busy head and tight neck, with a warm soak every night. This is the week that fixes the last hour before bed.

Week 2 · Desk days

The reset

For the hours you spend sitting. Shoulders, neck, wrists, eyes — and the drinks that go with a working afternoon.

Week 3 · Mornings

The start

Short morning sequences before you stand up — plus a warm drink instead of reaching for the phone.

Days 18–20 · Monthly care

For the days your period starts

Not locked to a date — use these three days whenever they fit. Pressure and warmth only, no scraping, and the tea that traditionally goes with them.

Day 21

Your own version

You write down the two points, the one area and the one drink you actually kept. That page is the point of the whole thing.

What is in the file

Thirty pages, made to be read on a phone in bed or printed and left by the sink.

Watch these before you start

These are the four demonstration videos that come with the file. Seeing the hand position and the direction of the stroke is easier than reading about it.

The videos come with the full guide. They show hand placement only and are not medical advice. Skip any point that does not suit you, and see a clinician for persistent or severe symptoms.

Who should not use this

Please read this before you start

  • Pregnant? Skip gua sha entirely, and skip the points traditionally avoided in pregnancy. Those points are flagged on every page that uses them.
  • Diabetes or neuropathy? No hot foot soaks — you may not feel the heat and could burn your feet.
  • Take blood thinners, or bruise easily? Skip gua sha.
  • Heavy period flow? Skip the red date and longan tea.
  • Broken skin, a rash, or an infection? Do not scrape that area.

Every page ends with the limit that applies to it, and Appendix D collects them all in one place. This is a traditional home practice for relaxation. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for a doctor.

Questions

What do I need to start?
Your hands. If you have a gua sha board and a little oil, you can add those; if not, the practice still works and tells you what to look for. Nothing to buy from us, no app, no subscription.
Is this medical advice?
No. It describes a traditional practice for relaxation and everyday comfort. It is written to be used alongside your doctor's care, never instead of it.
I have never done gua sha. Is that a problem?
No. Direction, angle and pressure are spelled out per area, and four of the six areas come with a hand-demo video.
What is free, and what is $59?
The one-page sleep map is free — leave your email and we send it, no card needed. The complete 21-Day Ritual, the 30-page guide together with the four demo videos, is $59 as a one-time purchase. No subscription either way. We may also link to tools we like (a board, a basin, a few tea ingredients); those are ordinary affiliate links and cost you nothing extra.
How is this different from a points chart?
A chart tells you where a point is. This tells you what to do tonight, in what order, and what to skip — and it changes every evening for three weeks.
What if I miss a few days?
Pick up where you are. Day 15 does not expire, and the tracker page is there for exactly that. Missing a week is not a failed challenge; the point is what you repeat after the 21 days are up.

Ready for all 21 nights? The complete guide — the 30-page PDF and the four demo videos — is a one-time $59.
